Dalgona Coffee
A frothy, whipped South Korean iced coffee — instant coffee beaten with sugar and water into a cloud that floats over cold milk.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp warm water
- Cold milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Method
- Put the instant coffee and sugar in a bowl.
- Gradually add the warm water while whipping with a hand mixer until thick and creamy (a hand whisk needs about 400 beats).
- Pour cold milk into a glass, add ice if using, and spoon the whipped coffee cream on top.
